Throughout her career, she has led strategic planning, driven innovation, and implemented complex initiatives, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and advancing solutions that deliver measurable results.

She holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a degree in Computer Information Systems. As a member of the Community Economic and Environmental Partnership (CEEP) board, Belinda brings a strong commitment to renewable energy, environmental sustainability, and responsible economic development.
