Ondřej Kolařík is co-founder and CEO of Adbian, a company that helps cities and arborists make the case for keeping mature trees. His team of fifteen turns 3D scans of trees into clear, evidence-based assessments, so communities can protect valuable canopy rather than remove trees out of caution.

Working between New York and Europe, Ondřej brings experience in technology, innovation and communicating complex ideas to public audiences. He has spoken at international arboriculture conferences across the United States, Europe and Australia, including a 2026 keynote at Arboriculture Australia. He holds a Master’s in Innovation Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague.

At CEEP, he hopes to help municipalities build the capacity and partnerships they need to grow and protect healthy urban forests.
